| Roquefort salad |
Today was a nice quiet day. We started with another run around our woodland circuit. We didn’t take a wrong turn this time so we got back home in 40min instead of 60min! A load of washing, tidying up of the house prior to leaving tomorrow, sunbathe, swim, work for J and then out to the next village (about 800m away) at Sorede. We had a lovely meal here with Sandy and Lynette in 2009, including a delicious salad which Lynette and I have tried to recreate back in Nelson. Thought we would order the same again, so I’ve taken notes of what was in it and hope to have a better go at duplicating it. The trick is to use heaps of walnuts and Roquefort cheese I think. The meal was superb again.
